Registration for admission is open throughout the year. The name of the applicant will be registered on receipt of the application for admission duly completed. Filled in application can be sent to the school address along with the registration fee.
Date of birth, as recorded in the previous school leaving certificates, countersigned by the District Education Officer of the state will be considered final and no application for change in the date of birth will subsequently be entertained.
Parents and guardians must, therefore, ensure that these entries are made correctly in the admission form.
Admission is granted to class I to IX and XI subject to availability of seats. No admission will be granted to class X and XII.
Admission to classes I to VIII are made on the basis of first come, first serve. The Student seeking for admission has to produce pass mark sheet as proof of his/her previous class.
The provisional admission is only confirmed when a school leaving certificate from the school last attended countersigned by the District Education Officer is produced. In case certificate is not submitted by July 15, the scholar’s name will be struck off from the school rolls.
